In Don's own words

I served as a local Councillor in Greenwich for twenty eight years. I chaired various committees during that time. And was vice chair of the Licensing and Woolwich & Thamesmead planning committees also.

I was twice Mayor of Greenwich. I am a retired Actor who appeared in Eastenders , The Bill and many other programmes. Prior to acting I was a Registered Dockworker and a Shop Steward and Trade Union Lay Delegate for many years.

I also contribute articles for a National magazine.

I've lived in Greenwich for fifty seven years and reside in Shooters Hill Rd in Kidbrooke Park ward.
