Dear Resident, My name is Amanda. I am a married local mother to two teenagers, and when I'm not busy with them I follow my passion of helping to secure better futures for local people. I have been volunteering and working in Esher for the past 11 years. Helping out at the Lower Green Community Centre, this led to me becoming the Lower Green community facilitator, engaging local people with local projects. I helped start the East Elmbridge foodbank and jointly ran a community interest company called Kingdom Fruit - which successfully sold fruit and veg to local people and local businesses. As a Trustee of Lower Green Community CIO I continue to work with the local community. Currently I am a teaching assistant at a local primary school, which is very enjoyable and rewarding. Prior to all of this I was a property lawyer. I believe in fairness, compassion and integrity. With passion and drive we can achieve a lot, and I have witnessed this working with many amazing local people in Esher. I would love to represent Esher, Lower Green, West End and Hersham to bring positive change and new opportunities. Yours sincerely, Amanda Manship Local Conservative Candidate for Esher
