Councillor Candidate
Simon James Bellord

Simon James Bellord

Conservative candidate for Hardway

Active on State

Conservative

I served as a Conservative councillor for 8 years in Woking. I later stood for the Conservatives in Brockhurst Ward in the Gosport Council elections of 2018. I joined The British Union and Sovereignty Party in 2019 and fought a by-election in Brockhurst gaining a very impressive 165 Votes or 17% of the vote which is very good for a lone campaigner. My campaign was a call to get Brexit done and defend the Union which proved popular in a strong Leave area. I returned to The Conservative Party in 2022 after encouragement from local people who made me realise that I still had a great deal to offer my area and Borough.
