Councillor Candidate
Alastair Binnie-Lubbock

Alastair Binnie-Lubbock

Green Party candidate for Hackney Downs

Green Party

I have lived in the area all my life and went to the Benthal Primary School. I work for an international animal welfare charity. I am Vice-Chair of the Hackney Downs Park Users Group. I have been a regular volunteer at the Hackney Winter Night Shelter. I have run youth media workshops in schools, pupil referral units and community groups both in and outside the borough. Only by voting Green in Hackney Downs ward can you ensure you have a hard-working, independent voice that will keep the council accountable. A one party-state council means Labour will be marking their own homework and not delivering value for money for residents.
