He has experienced everyday challenges like insufficient housing and an education system that fails to deliver equal opportunities to everyone. Dylan was surprised to learn he could walk into Town Hall and watch a committee meeting. When he did, he was warmly greeted by a Green Councillor; his political engagement blossomed from there.”
