I have lived in Hackney for 41 years and worked for Hackney Council for over 30 years retiring 4 months ago. I along with Margaret Trotter James Ivens and Chris Newby are standing on a programme of a legal no cuts budget which will deliver no more Council tax hikes, no more cuts, rent controls, and large scale Council house building policy, to alleviate the scandal of hostels and homelessness.
