Chris Vinante

“Chris Vinante (Christian Vinante Giovannini), is a Social/Political campaigns Consultant. Visiting Research Fellow in Social Media at the Department of Life and Medical Sciences at the University of Hertfordshire. Until May 2021 he was Deputy Field Director – Consultant for the Conservatives’ London Mayoral Campaign, and previously as a Senior Advisor (Outreach) from December 2019. Now is a free lance Social Media advisor for the Conservative Party London Area. Founder and Chairman of the Westminster Italian Conservatives Group. Campaign Director for the Foreign and Commonwealth Council. In 2018 he was the Conservatives’ Deputy Chair and Representative Candidate for the London Brentford Ward in the local elections. In 2018 he was appointed deputy director of the British/Chinese Youth Federation until January 2020. Committee Member at the Westminster Arab - Middle East & North Africa Group. From January 2019 Honorary President of The Parliamentary Society of Arts Fashion and Sports, of which he is a co-founder. Co-Founder and Executive Director of The British-Italian Conservatives Group from Jan 2019 until Nov 2020. In 2018 a University of Arts London group of students did an exam video documentary with Chris’ career as its subject. Chris is also a singer/events organizer, former director of The Green Room Networking Club. As a singer he has performed at the Palace of Westminster, Harrods, Hotel Cafe Royal, Royal Horseguards Hotel Whitehall, Millennium Hotel Mayfair and Knightsbridge, Chinawhite Club, Kensington Town Hall, Inception Clubs and Westfields. Vinante has also performed for various Scotland Yard staff Parties, for the City Police HQ and many top bank branches such as NatWest, Barclays and Lloyds TSB. He has sung at events attended by Leona Lewis, Deputy PM Dominic Raab MP, Princess Marie-Esméralda of Belgium, The Princes Katerina of Yugoslavia and many UK Gov. ministers. Chris co-organised a birthday party event in honour of, and with the participation of, Prince Edward, Duke of Kent. Vinante did a Sinatra tribute for the London School of Commerce at the Café Royal and he has been performing for various Kings College branches. Chris was also a well-experienced DJ. In 2013 he conducted The Chris Vinante Radio Show. As a young DJ, Vinante played at clubs such as Chinawhite, Telegraph Brixton and at Club Pacha he dedicated a DJ set to Frankie Knuckles. With Institute of Directors pianist Giuseppe Mauriello, Chris produced the single "It's Ok" that is the sum of his experiences as a Frank Sinatra-style singer and house music DJ.”
