In Andy's own words

Andy has long been involved in local politics, with over eight years of experience working across multiple government departments, including in Camden. He is deeply familiar with the political process and has been canvassing since he was 15 years old, when he helped campaign for his father, who stood as a councillor himself. When he was just 16, Andy worked with his local MP, an experience that furthered his interest in Conservative politics.

Andy served as an officer in Camden Council for three years, working on projects that took him across the borough to assist people with a wide range of needs. In this position, he ran the redesign of several governmental services and helped to coordinate emergency COVID-19 relief, leading Camden’s COVID food delivery service to provide meals to hundreds of residents, and organising local vaccination clinics. Andy has also worked in other departments in local government, including Revenues and Benefits, Democratic Services, and Regeneration. Currently, Andy works for a company that runs services on behalf of regional and national governments in the UK and internationally.

Andy is excited about the opportunity to serve the South Hampstead Ward and continue to make a difference in local government, especially in a part of London that has been so significant in his life.
