Charles Harris is a best-selling author and writer-director for cinema and TV, who has won international prizes for his work, including films campaigning for the environment and fair trade in food. He joined the Green Party when it was still the Ecology Party. He has lived and worked in Frognal and Fitzjohns Ward since 1983, taking a particular interest in local affairs and the quality of life in the neighbourhood.
