In Rachel's own words

A mum of four, Rachel worked in housing for 25 years, primarily focused on supporting those leaving care. Now a caseworker she advocates for people with a whole range issues. Chair of Governors of a local primary school, she has taken an active role in supporting children.

As a councillor she has supported her community around parking issues, road and beach safety and challenged on a number of issues including at the highest level on the crustaceans die off as well as on housing for families with a disabled family member and safety for shop workers.

Rachel is a highly visible and accessible councillor who is keen to continue to support her ward.
