“I became fed up with the ongoing and continuous council waste from endless leaflets informing me of the obvious " drink water in hot weather" and telling me to keep warm in the winter to most recently the road closures and re wilding schemes that are costing the taxpayer £millions. These leaflets cost £thousands that can be better spent.”
