We became involved through everyday local issues - changes to streets, transport and parking - where many residents felt decisions were being made without our voices being heard or properly considered.”

“Like others locally, we engaged with meetings and consultations, but too often it felt as though outcomes were decided in advance. Over time, it became clear that borough-wide priorities and party lines were frequently taking precedence over what works best for Alexandra Park ward.”

“We believe **our neighbourhood deserves councillors whose first responsibility is to their community**, not to party structures. That is why we are standing as Independents - free to question proposals, challenge poor decisions, and **put Alexandra Park residents first**.”
