In Iain's own words

Councils are going bust, the NHS and social care are in crisis, homes in Cambridgeshire are way beyond the reach of ordinary people and homelessness has doubled. Young people are forced into crippling dept or onto meaningless poverty paid apprenticeships. Work and state pensions cannot maintain any sort of living and the retired are forced into work until they drop. The Tories have outsourced their destructive austerity and local council’s budgets have been reduced by 40% or more. The government is paralysed by Brexit and have neither the energy nor the will to address today's problems. And there is to be no end as the Tories have convinced us that this is all inevitable, no choice, suffer for a bit longer, then a bit more. With the self-destruction of UKIP there is a local opportunity to put an alternative view onto the Tory dominated local council. Vote Labour and I will represent ordinary people and put public services and jobs first for Ramsey.
