In Ian's own words

Ian Manders has lived in Raeburn Avenue since 2013.

When previously a local councillor, Ian introduced dog waste bins into the borough’s parks, making Kingston Council one of the first in UK. Ian was Chair of New Malden Neighbourhood committee for four years, with responsibility for housing, street services and the Malden Centre.

In his professionallife, Ian is an expert on green energy, and organised successful campaigns for an Act of Parliament which empowered councils to demand property developers build to higher energy standards and install renewable energy.
