In Simon's own words

With the exception of his student days at Manchester University studying Chemical Engineering, Simon has lived in Kingston Borough all his adult life. Simon's time at Chessington has been spent at two CCCs. Fifteen enjoyable years bowling for the mighty Chessington Cricket club and his first job was as a software engineer at Chessington Computer Centre. Since then Simon has continued to work in computing, managing software development for global applications. Simon's children are now reaching the final stages of their education and he feels it is the right time to try and give something back to a borough that has given so much to him and his family.
