In Rosemary's own words

Born and brought up in Leeds, Rosemary attended Lawnswood High School before going on o study at the universities of Bristol and Durham. On completing her teacher training she returned to Leeds to take up her first teaching post in Meanwood. After taking time out from teaching to bring up her three children, she retrained as a dyslexia specialist and has spent the last 21 years helping people of all ages overcome the literacy and numeracy difficulties associated with dyslexia and other forms of neurodiversity.

Her vision for Seacroft is for it to be a safe, welcoming community where everyone can lead their best life possible. She is particularly interested in housing, tackling antisocial behaviour and the management of open spaces."

Rosemary lives in Seacroft with her husband Peter and their cocker spaniel.

Rosemary can be contacted via email eastleedstories@gmail.com and is happy to answer any questions you may have.
