I am a fourth generation Horsfordian and a local community leader. I was Horsforth Town Councillor for Woodside Ward between 2017-2023 I have a vast wealth of experience helping my community. I volunteer with older members of the Horsforth Community and currently Chair Dementia Friendly Horsforth. Between 2017 and 2023, I served as Horsforth Town Councillor for Woodside Ward. During that time, I worked tirelessly to meet the needs of the residents who elected me. For the past 4 years, Horsforth Ward has had 3 local Labour Councillors at a City level. They are part of the administration, so would have vested interests in making sure that the policies of that council are delivered, even if, at times, those decisions would be bad for the Ward. I believe we deserve fairer representation and someone who will question and hold the Council to account on behalf of the Ward. I want to see real positive changes in the area, and if you vote for me in this election, that is what you will see. A strong local voice for Horsforth Ward.
