He founded the “Politics and You” initiative to educate and empower young people to engage with political decision-making — because, as he believes, the leaders of tomorrow must be equipped to shape their future today.”

“In 2015, Sylbourne launched the Sylbourne Sydial Show, a thought-provoking talk show showcasing ordinary people doing extraordinary things. During the Covid pandemic, he pioneered “Walk & Talk Motivational Moments”, going live daily from the park to encourage people to stay positive and keep moving forward.”

“Proudly married with two children, Sylbourne also serves on the board of his local church.”
