Francisca is a researcher working for a social impact organisation, supporting charities and public services to improve how they address social problems and deliver change. Working directly with communities in their local area, she focuses on understanding their needs and making sure that their voices are represented in decision-making. She is well-versed in working with and alongside a wide variety of people. Fran also has over four years of experience delivering at-home care to children and adults. Shaped by her experiences and led by her empathy, she is committed to making sure people feel included in the processes and decisions that affect them, building trust and actively listening to residents to improve their experiences in Southwark.
