Scott Wilding is a Wanstead resident for over 35 years having grown up in Wanstead Village, attending Wanstead Church School and Wanstead High School. Scott has been the chair of the Wanstead Society since 2009 and a trustee of the Wanstead Playground Association since 2014 helping to raise funds to renovate this key community asset. A dedicated community activist Scott helped establish the bi-monthly litter picks around Wanstead in 2016, Addison Road Street parties in 2012 and is a keen community gardener. A public sector worker, Scott spent 12 years working for Redbridge Council and is ready to use his wealth of experience to protect and promote our community.
