In Yuksel's own words

**About Yuksel Gonul**

I have lived in the borough for over twenty years. I work as a finance coordinator in enviromental management. I bring extensive experience in forecasting, budgeting, and operational efficiency.

My focus is to create cleaner and safer streets in the neighbourhood and improving the rate of recycling to support a greener and fairer future. Beyond my professional role, I am a member of the Kurdish community and a human rights campaigner.

I am commited to addressing local neighbourhood issues and advocating for the well-being of our community.

**What Yuksel Stands For**

I deeply care about our borough and our community and want to contribute to it. I am standing to challenge the current local administration because I want this borough to change for the better. I want to see cleaner and safer streets, and more affordable and social housing.

I also want to see the protection of green environment which is the lifeline of the community. I am for the lower bills, which will help residents who struggles to pay the bills. More importantly I want to ensure the residents’ voices are heard and that they are part of the decision-making process.

I believe in a greener borough and I am looking to bring the change to the area.
