In Gerda's own words

Gerda has lived in the ward since 1985, where she brought up her family and served as a school governor. Now retired, she has been a volunteer for HealthWatch Bromley, a trained visitor for Care and Nursing homes and chairs the Patient Participation Group at Chelsfield Surgery. In her spare time she enjoys tending her garden and sings with several local choirs.
