In Mark's own words

Having built a multimillion pound lubricant business with production in the UK and Europe and growing sales around the world, mark now wants to engage with our local community and try and make a difference. He moved to Chapelthorpe in 2018 and having sold half the business to his staff, he has the time and the energy to engage in local politics to help our community. Mark has grown increasingly concerned with how consecutive Governments and their ill thought out policies and incompetent delivery continues to weaken our country. After the disastrous few years of Tory rule it really is time to question the political landscape and recognise that the Liberal Democrats stand for a fairer and balanced society and should be a viable alternative to the two party system that has got to change.
