In Joseph's own words

I am a GP working in the NHS. I have been a local GP for 20 years and care deeply about my patients, the local community and the NHS. I have learned how to solve problems for my patients and I have a huge amount of experience about how the NHS and social care works.

I have also been a city councillor before. I have 10 years experience of fixing problems for residents and I know how to get things done. As a councillor I led the building of new council houses, regulating poor landlords and reducing homelessness. In my wards I successfully campaigned for better play areas, youth schemes and community facilities. If elected I would prioritise improving housing standards, cleaner streets, healthier environments and more public transport.
