Rosemary Morlin has lived in Northfield Brook since 2001 and is a freelance editor. She has been active in the Leys Residents’ Association and has sat on Blackbird Leys Parish Council as well as being the founder and co-ordinator of the Mole Place Neighbourhood Watch.
