In Stephen's own words

I was born in Oxford and live in the Lye Valley area. I work for Oxford University, where I bring research income to our city and promote projects that create local impact that actually makes a difference to communities. I want everyone in Lye Valley to have access to the best opportunities in our city. This means better roads, better buses, and opposing traffic controls.

I want us to be proud of the community we live in, filling the potholes, and clearing fly-tipping off our streets. And I want to regulate overcrowded and unloved HMOs. As a local resident, I see and experience these issues daily and want the best for my neighbours.
