In Tamsin's own words

Tamsin Blaxter (she/her) is a researcher of food system sustainability. Her work focuses on how we can have better conversations about contentious food issues, and the values, assumptions and habits that drive polarisation in our society.

She has lived in Littlemore for four years, during which time she has been a Girlguiding leader and volunteered with the Greens.

Before this she spent ten years living in Cambridge where she had a long history of queer and trans activism, including setting up a long-running series of events for LGBTQ+ History Month, and being part of the committee that created and ran the first ever Cambridge Pride.

She is quickly developing roots here, and cares deeply about making our community safe, green, and welcoming.
