“I have lived in North Oxford for over 25 years, as a student, worker and parent – my 3 children attended Phil & Jim and Cherwell schools. I am active in the community activities and currently a school governor at two local schools. I have always worked in education. Earlier in my career I was a secondary school teacher, education producer and Oxfordshire School Advisor. I currently teach and research at the Open University, supporting students from diverse backgrounds to achieve their potential and partnering with colleagues across the globe to improve teacher training systems.”
