In Danny's own words

I’m standing as a council candidate for the Green Party and have lived on Rye Lane for over a decade.

Living with hidden disabilities has given me first-hand experience of how policies affecting support like Personal Independence Payment impact people’s lives. I’ve worked on zero-hours contracts building my career in security, so I understand the pressures of insecure work within the cost-of-living crisis.

I’m also a musician involved in community venues and grassroots spaces, and I’ve seen too many close locally. I want to stand up for residents, protect local culture, and build a greener, fairer Peckham where everyone can thrive.
