Ali is hard-working wife and mother who has lived in Reading for 17 years. Most of her career has been in the NHS and she now owns a small business in change management and improvement. (www.quality-point.uk).

Ali is involved in a range of voluntary work and her work in mental health saw her win a Pride of Reading Award in 2017.
