In Bill's own words

I live in Caversham where I was raised, my father having run a sub-Post Office here in the 1970s and 80s. I want Caversham to be a good place for us to live, with fewer flats being built for commuters and more support for local businesses.

I am standing to offer voters a better alternative, and if elected my priorities include protecting our green spaces and increasing road quality and safety. Councillors are elected to work for you, and that is how it should be, not the other way around.

I am standing as a candidate for the Social Democratic Party (SDP) as I believe they have the best policies for fixing Britain, through stopping mass immigration, developing our agriculture and industry, and promoting community and family life.
