Councillor Candidate
Alison Ann Livesey

Alison Ann Livesey

Labour candidate for Coton and Boughton

Labour

In the May 2023 Council elections, Labour came a close second place behind the Conservatives in Dunsmore. Labour has consistently led the fight against Conservative plans to launch a new Local Plan. We believe that services for existing residents such as better health, education, leisure and social care must be improved as the priority before anything else. The last 20 years has seen Rugby witness the highest rates of house building and warehouse development in the Midlands. Having spent a career as a senior project manager in local government Alison is able to offer real life expertise in helping the lives of her constituents. Away from work, Alison's spare time is spent working to enhance environmental standards in Rugby and pursuing her passion for the arts and live music.
