In Andy's own words

I have been living in Micklefield with my wife and daughter for five years and love the area. I also have a close connection with the area as my family history can be traced back to this village, so I have always felt this is my home.

Like many others, I joined the Green party after becoming disillusioned by the state of the Labour Party. I feel they no longer represent everyday people, social issues or day to day living.

I’m standing for my area as a Green Party candidate because I believe we can do better. Better as a community, and better at looking out for one another.

I want to be the person who is willing to listen and then listen some more to truly understand the people’s needs.
