“The recent news of a new leaseholder at the Kursaal is a fantastic step forward towards saving this historic building, but there is still a lot of work to do to see it reopened. If re-elected, I will continue to prioritise the Kursaal, and will finish the job.”

“🏘️To get proper controls and limits on the spread of HMOs.”

“HMOs have a place in the housing ecosystem, but the concentration of them in #KursaalWard is harming our community. If re-elected, I will make sure that the local plan includes the strong policies we need to tackle the spread of HMOs.”

“Decades of neglect have left our roads and pavements in a shocking and dangerous state. Last year our administration invested £13m in repairs, and this year we're investing another £13m. If re-elected, I will make sure Kursaal gets its fair share of that money.”
