In Philip's own words

I am standing for the Green Party because I believe that the Greens have the best plan for the economy as well as the environment. I favour a holistic approach in politics at the local as well as the national level.

As a keen allotment grower and having many years experience as a professional gardener, I am very interested in encouraging the promotion of home grown vegetables as a way of reducing the food bill and helping the environment. A personal growth and fitness enthusiast, I have been teaching Tae Kwon Do for over 50 years and I hope to promote fitness and relaxation as well as environmental improvements in our area.
