In Stuart's own words

Stuart Donnelly is the Deputy Chairman Political for Stretford and Urmston Conservative Association and the Local Conservative candidate for the Gorse Hill and Cornbrook ward in the local elections to Trafford Council in 2026. Stuart has been a political campaigner for nearly 11 years and has also stood as an election candidate for Trafford Council, securing an uplift in the Conservative share of the vote in a tight marginal seat.

Stuart also has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, having managed bars and restaurants and has operated a bar of his own in Manchester city centre. Stuart currently works in events and operationally manages a busy events programme for a local Metropolitan local authority. Outside of politics, Stuart has raised over £20K for various charities and also chaired a Foundation which he established in memory of a late friend.
