“Diogo Costa was born in Lambeth to Portuguese migrants who arrived and settled in ‘Little Portugal’ in the 90s. He works as a Software Engineer. Elected in 2015 as the Lambeth Youth Mayor and now seeking to be your Councillor, his biggest passion is to eliminate the inequalities which many in our community face, most notably in Education.”
