Joe Lee Campbell
Green Party candidate for Camberwell Green
I've lived in Camberwell for nearly 10 years. I work as a teacher and promote Camberwell in my free time. I have been involved in many environmental campaigns, but I'm keen to make real changes to reflect the green transition that many of us want. Priorities: Southwark Council's Repairs team is currently failing its suffering residents. This must be fixed as a start to then making Southwark look more like it's part of a world city in a wealthy, advanced country. We must use unoccupied buildings as homes. I'll be more transparent with council activity and support expanding our capacity to generate renewable energy, e.g. from food waste and on new council buildings.
