John Lubbock
Green Party candidate for Myatt's Fields
John Lubbock is a journalist, former community organiser and charity worker, and part time student. He has lived in Myatt’s Fields for almost all of his life, and writes regularly about the housing crisis in Lambeth and the rest of London, and particularly the problem of temporary accommodation. Working as a community organiser on Clapham Park Estate gave John first hand experience of advocating for people who are most affected by the housing crisis and Lambeth Labour’s failed estate regeneration projects, and he is keen to be a local champion for residents fighting for repairs on Myatt’s Fields South and against cuts to Parks and library budgets.
