In James's own words

I am secondary school teacher working at St Bonaventure’s school in Newham. I have been living in the borough for 10 years including 4 years in East Village. Having taught thousands of Newham’s children and with my own son growing up here, I am passionate about ensuring Newham is a place where we can live without the constant fear of anti-social behaviour and crime, with roads and cycling which are safe and with a cleaner environment with less litter and pollution and more recycling. The local arrogant and complacent 100% Labour Council have taken residents for granted, too busy fighting amongst themselves. Last elections we came 2nd here. This time we can go one better to hold this Labour council to account. Labour's taking your vote for granted, we're listening to you!
