I have lived in New Malden for 8 years and as well as being a Captain for a major UK airline I am a senior representative for the pilots’ union and have worked both nationally and internationally to make the aviation industry safer and greener. As a Labour councillor I will represent the views and needs of all Motspur Park and Old Malden residents – not just property developers and private landlords. The current Lib Dem run council charges £400 more per year in tax than the Labour council in neighbouring Merton, and that money should be in your pocket.
