In Luke's own words

Luke has been an active Green Party member for three years and is passionate about ensuring everyone in our community has a voice. He has lived in Winchester all his life, moving from the centre of the city to Kings Worthy six years ago.

Luke plays an active role in the local community and was co-opted as a Councillor onto the Kings Worthy Parish Council in November 2025 where he is a member of the Recreation & Amenities and Planning & Highways Committees. He regularly volunteers, for example helping at a local fundraising event for the Winchester Hospice and planting a new hedgerow for Eversley Park, and is keen to get involved in a lot more in the future.

“I’m concerned that public trust is at all time low, and many people feel that they are not being heard. I always try to listen to everyone’s concerns and find a solution.”
