In Malcolm's own words

Resident in Meon Valley for over 20 years, Malcolm is an engineer with many years’ experience leading large, multi-national industrial projects. Malcolm values the special qualities of the natural environment of the Meon Valley and will always seek to protect them. Addressing the climate emergency is both a global and a local responsibility that will require strengthened communities, bringing back services and local businesses.

As a current Winchester City Councillor, he has worked hard to speak up for our area including successfully combatting over-development in our villages, protecting our local rivers and waterways and improved accessibility for our residents. He is looking forward to achieve even more for the residents on Hampshire County Council.

Hampshire County Council provides local services like schools, roads and social services. Our area (Meon Valley) has had a Conservative County Councillor for more than 40 years. Many people think it’s time for a change.

Green Cllr Malcolm Wallace came second to the Conservatives in the Hampshire County Election last time. Since then, the Green vote has grown massively across the Meon Valley, including winning two seats on Winchester Council with 63% last year! If this year’s County by-election was based on how residents voted in last year’s local elections, then the GREENS WOULD WIN.

For a strong, independent voice who will make a real difference at Hampshire County, vote for Green Cllr Malcolm Wallace!
