In Roger's own words

Roger, a retired teacher, has lived in the Meon Valley for most of his working life and in Swanmore for the past twenty years. He has represented Shirrell Heath, Shedfield and Curdridge on Winchester District Council for six years, and gained a reputation for being hard-working, and fighting to protect our rural communities. He is a regular participant in Speedwatch initiatives and was one of the organisers of the Stop the Quarry Campaign in Shedfield.
