In Phil's own words

I have represented Norreys since 2019 on Wokingham Town Council and Wokingham Borough Council.

I have worked hard and dedicated much of my time to Council matters and representing Norreys residents.

I work in NHS mental health services in Hampshire and am on the management committee of a local school.

My particular areas of knowledge and interest are: - health & mental health - social care - education - project planning

I want to make a difference where I most can. I have a proud record of raising money for local schools and charities, advocating on behalf of local residents and I live in the heart of Norreys so everything that affects the ward affects me and my family. If you elect me, I promise to be open, available and continue to work hard on behalf of you all.
