Labour

Ramsbottom is a special place — built on community spirit, independent businesses, and people who care deeply about where they live. Building on the strong work of our Labour councillors, I want to keep delivering for Ramsbottom and make sure local voices continue to shape the decisions that affect our town. I believe Ramsbottom deserves a councillor who, like Clare, listens, responds, and gets things done. I’ve spent time speaking with residents, businesses, and community groups across Ramsbottom. I’ve heard what matters most: protecting our high street, improving our local environment, supporting community events, and making sure our town continues to thrive for future generations. This campaign isn’t about me — it’s about making sure your voice is heard and turning that into real action. My pledges to you: ✔️ Honest communication you can rely on I will always be accessible, respond to residents, and keep you updated. If you raise an issue with me, you will get a clear and honest response — not silence. ✔️ Delivering the Ramsbottom Town Plan - shaped by you “Rammy for Rammy” must mean something. I will work to ensure the Town Plan is delivered and making sure our town continues to be a place people are proud of. ✔️ Working in partnership with our community- I will work closely with residents, independent businesses, and community groups - because the best ideas for Ramsbottom come from the people who live and work here. ✔️ Standing up for Ramsbottom at the Town Hall- I will be a strong voice for our area, making sure Ramsbottom gets its fair share of investment and attention. ✔️ Leaving no part of our community behind From young people to older residents, from families to local traders - I will work to make sure everyone in Ramsbottom feels supported and included.
