Michael Peacock
Liberal Democrats councillor for Doxford Park
Council: Sunderland
Term ends: 6 May 2027
Michael has lived in the North East for his whole live, and actively campaigns to improve the area. Michael has campaigned with the Lib Dems across the region to help fight back against the Labour-controlled local authorities that let our communities down. Working alongside Heather Fagan and Paul Gibson in Doxford Park, Michael has been working to improve the community for residents as part of the local FOCUS team. Outside of politics, Michael runs a small business. He has previously volunteered with a local Healthwatch, a local charitable organisation helping those suffering from enduring mental health difficulties, served as a trustee for a detatched youth project.
