Sapna Chadha is the Conservative Councillor for Welsh Harp in the London Borough of Brent. She is committed to listening to residents, tackling local issues and working collaboratively to build cleaner, safer and stronger communities. Alongside her role as a councillor, Sapna is the Founder and Director of UK Cyber Plan, a cyber resilience consultancy that helps organisations strengthen their cyber security and manage digital risk. She has held senior leadership roles across the public, private and voluntary sectors, bringing extensive experience in strategic leadership, governance and organisational resilience. Sapna also serves as a School Trustee Governor, where she supports school leadership and governance. She is passionate about creating opportunities for children and young people, believing that education, strong communities and positive role models help them reach their full potential. Since being elected, Sapna has worked closely with residents on local priorities including tackling fly-tipping, improving community safety, supporting local businesses, protecting green spaces and ensuring residents' voices are heard in decision-making. She believes effective local government is built on visibility, accountability and action, and is committed to being an accessible and responsive representative for everyone in Welsh Harp.
