Liberal Democrats

Liberal Democrat Councillor for Alperton. First priority is to be responsive to residents needs - whatever they are. To facilitate that - myself and my ward colleagues do not run fixed surgeries - but will respond to all emails (or calls) as quick as we can (faster than if you had to wait for a surgery), and if necessary will arrange meetings or home visits. My top local priorities include tackling flytipping & ASB, and getting our roads and pavements fixed. As a member of the community and wellbeing committee I also have a focus on both local housing issues and local healthcare provision. Nationally my priorities are: - Fixing the housing crisis - we need both quantity, and quality, of the right types of homes - nothing less will do. And residents in tower blocks need better rights to take on their large management companies. - Tackling Climate Change - Stopping the spread of hate and division in our communities
