I worked in the Royal Fleet Auxiliary in support of the Royal Navy for 34 years. Following a medical retirement due to a knee problem I stood as the Conservative candidate for Wrea Green in 2010 and have been re-elected at every election since. I enjoy being on the Fylde Borough Council and approve of their excellent work ethos. I first moved to Wrea Green when I married Ann 50 years ago this year. We have 2 daughters who attended local church and schools and now have 6 grandchildren and one great granddaughter.. Life is full and we both enjoy living in Wrea Green and the community and wonderfull village life. The ward was extened in the last election and now includes a vast area of Westby too
